After a three-week absence, CBS’s riveting reality program, Undercover Boss season 11, returned Friday night with its fifth episode, which featured Paul Damico. Paul Damico is well-known in the retail business for the success of several eateries. In 1982, the renowned chef graduated from Comsewogue Senior High School. Later, he enrolled at Johnson & Wales University. Damico earned a bachelor’s degree in science before specializing in hotel, restaurant, and institutional management.
Paul began his professional career in 1986 as the Vice-President of HMS Host’s International Concept Development department. He shifted to FoodBrand LLC in 1999 after working there for 12 years and extending the company’s reach from 20 to 75 branded connections. As a co-founder, the restaurateur aided in the expansion of approximately 100 restaurants. In addition, he became President of Moe’s Southwest Grill in 2008. During Paul’s six-year tenure at the restaurant, he received the Georgia Restaurant Association’s Restaurateur of the Year award in 2015.
Later, he started to work with companies such as FOCUS Brands, assisting in the improvement of several food outlets’ service and sales. Furthermore, as CEO of the Round Table Pizza company in April 2020, Damico has significantly increased its scope. Finally, in August 2021, the renowned restaurateur was named CEO of his current restaurant business, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop.
